Who or What is I ?

I = Image of me.
Most effective weapon of EGO.
"I" is not me but the Image that I have created about me for projecting in front of the world. "I" am this or that, my likes are these and "I" do not like that, "I" behave in this way in such situations, etc.. are all definitions or boundaries that the Ego has created for me.

The Ego creates all these definitions so as to prove its existence in form of "I". In this process of proving my existence I work my whole life, running here and there for just projecting a bigger image of me in front of the world.

My Point here is "To become aware of these definitions about me created by the Ego and how the Ego functions to make me believe that I AM those Definitions" where as in reality I am not.

"I JUST AM ..."
There is no need to prove my Existence. In the process of this PROVING I create so much disturbance in the world that I just lose the Essence of my BEING. All the negativity is the result of this act of proving one's existence.
